Our staff worked across all key areas—managing speaker liaison, green rooms, stage operations, and front-of-house (FOH) duties, as well as ensuring the smooth flow of activities in conference rooms. Each venue presented its own unique challenges, from managing back-to-back sessions with world-renowned speakers to overseeing complex AV setups and managing the queueing systems for badge holders.
