On-Ground Support That Matched the Moment

High-volume running events demand proactive, high-energy staff who understand how to handle large crowds moving through an activation footprint in tight timeframes. To represent ASICS effectively at Circular Quay, Emissaries deployed a polished four-person team tasked with managing queue flow, driving runner engagement, and keeping the energy high from early morning through to event wrap. The team arrived fully prepared for an early start and immediate integration with the lead agency team on site.

Execution was all about precision and warmth. From helping participants record their Personal Best times on the custom PB board to facilitating photo opportunities against the harbour backdrop, our ambassadors kept interactions efficient without ever making runners feel rushed. The team managed line logistics cleanly, preventing bottlenecks in a space-constrained venue, while roaming ambassadors actively drew surrounding crowds into the experience. Through organized flow and authentic participant support, Emissaries gave ASICS a reliable, confident presence throughout the peak morning rush.
