Emissaries provided a team capable of balancing high-end hospitality with interactive character acting. Dressed in a 1930s wardrobe, complete with period-specific styling, suspenders, and vintage headpieces, the team immediately set the tone from the moment guests stepped into the historic cinema. By matching the precise aesthetic and adopting authentic Transatlantic lingo, the staff bridged the gap between the brand’s fiction and the physical event environment. Execution was split across two distinct sessions, requiring the team to pivot their hosting style between a premium media reception and a high-energy fan screening. During the media session, the food and beverage team seamlessly circulated with silver trays serving themed signature cocktails and canapes, while the photo assistant styled guests with vintage props alongside a professional photographer. For the later fan session, the team maintained their energy, transitioning to capturing photos directly on fans’ personal devices and ushering the crowd into the theater with themed treats, ensuring every attendee experienced the same level of immersive detail.
